Atlantic Construction & Remodeling is a father-and-son team building luxury custom homes across Georgia. With over 30 years of experience, we’ve grown from finishing basements and remodeling projects to full-scale custom builds—from land acquisition, permitting, architecture, design, and construction.
Alex started this company three decades ago with a simple belief: quality work speaks for itself. Over the years, he’s built a reputation for precision, craftsmanship, and delivering homes that last. From clearing land to handing over the keys, Alex oversees every technical detail with the expertise that only comes from years in the field.
Armin grew up on job sites, learning the business from the ground up. With a background in sales and design, Armin brings a client-focused approach to every project—understanding needs, tailoring solutions, and making sure the vision becomes reality. Now a full-time partner and project manager, Armin works alongside his father to bring fresh perspective and modern design to the business.
Together, they’re the perfect combination: experience and innovation, technical expertise and design vision, legacy and evolution.
